Case summary

I paid €6,000 for the architecture project and the specialties, in connection with an LSF construction project. More than three months have passed and, so far, I have received no project, no specialties, no concrete documentation, and no refund. According to the documentation we keep, this is a payment for a project with no delivery. Despite several attempts to contact the company by phone, email, and letter, I still have no clear response or objective solution.

Latest interaction: refund promise after posts were removed

At the request of the company/representative, we temporarily removed the posts and suspended public disclosure of the situation based on a commitment that the €6,000 would be refunded. After that commitment, several further promises were made that the transfer would be made “immediately” or that the funds would arrive “at any moment.” Bank details for the transfer were also requested again and provided. Despite this, we have not received the funds or a valid proof of executed transfer.
