Publication Principles and Corrections
How this site publishes only factual, document-supported information, separates its own documentation from third-party allegations, redacts private data, and provides corrections and a right of reply.
Publication principles
This page describes how the content of this site is collected, verified, labelled, and corrected. The aim is to publish only factual, document-supported information, to clearly separate our own documentation from third-party allegations, and to provide a simple correction and right-of-reply mechanism.
Status: Situation still unresolved
What this site publishes
- Our own documentation: contract, invoice, proof of payment, and delivery records, in redacted form.
- Direct communications with the company or its representatives, described factually.
- Public sources accessible to anyone, always linked to the original source.
- Third-party complaints, identified as allegations made by their respective authors.
What this site does not publish
- Criminal or judicial conclusions. The legal characterisation of facts is for the authorities and the courts.
- Statements about anyone's intentions, motives, or state of mind.
- Personal attacks, insults, or language that labels people instead of describing facts.
- Unsourced information. Statements marked “Source to be added” are not published.
This website documents an unresolved consumer experience based on our own documentation, direct communications, and public sources. It does not present criminal or judicial conclusions. Where third-party complaints are mentioned, they are presented as allegations made by their respective authors, not as judicially proven facts.

Naming individuals
Personal names appear only where supported by a contract, direct communication, a public profile, a public complaint, or consented testimony. Names obtained through hearsay are not published, nor are details of family members or uninvolved third parties.
Privacy and redaction
Documents are redacted before any publication. The following are never shown publicly:
- Health or hospital references
- Family or private-life details
- Private addresses
- Private phone numbers
- IBAN, SWIFT, or bank details
- Signatures
- ID numbers
- Unredacted WhatsApp screenshots

Language used
The public text describes only what happened and what did not: “we have not received the payment”, “we have not received valid proof of transfer”, “a refund was promised”, “to date we have not received the contracted deliverables”, “the situation remains unresolved”. Characterisations such as fraud or crime are not used, except when quoting the title of an external source or an official category, in which case the quotation is identified as such.
